Delete your SmartSoft account

You can request deletion of your SmartSoft account and personal data here without reinstalling the app.

If you can access the app, open Settings → Delete account and confirm to delete directly.

Enter the Google email used to sign in. Hasan Yıldız reviews requests and contacts this address to verify account ownership before deleting data. Submitting this form alone does not delete an account. Pending booking work or future lessons must be resolved before deletion.

Deletion removes your Google sign-in identifier, email, onboarding answers, account preferences, server notification registration, session credentials and stored booking attendance email.

Pseudonymous purchase, lesson and credit records remain for transaction ownership, duplicate-credit prevention and disputes, without an automatic deletion deadline. A hash-only deletion acknowledgement expires after 24 hours. Provider-held records and your Google account are separate. We keep the email on this request only until the request is resolved, then remove the request. This page uses no cookies or analytics.
