Service and account
SmartSoft offers personal one-to-one software development mentoring with Hasan Yıldız. Lessons take place on Google Meet; the scope is agreed around the student’s needs and available mentoring time. Sign in with your own Google account, protect your account access and provide accurate information needed for invitations and mentoring.
Purchases and lesson rights
Available offers include packages of 8 or 12 lessons lasting 50 minutes each and, for eligible students who have never purchased an offer, a one-time 25- or 50-minute introductory lesson. An introductory offer is not available after a previous package or introduction purchase. Availability is subject to the offers shown in the app.
The amount and currency shown by Google Play at checkout apply. Purchases are processed through Google Play and verified using RevenueCat. Lesson rights become usable after backend verification and fulfillment. Every purchase has its own one-year validity and its lessons may start no earlier than 49 hours after that purchase. A purchase on one account does not grant rights to another.
Booking and attendance
Choose available times from the calendar; displayed times use your local timezone. Browsing availability does not reserve a time. A booking is confirmed only after the service creates the meeting and applies the corresponding lesson right. Available times may change until confirmation.
When you have an unused eligible introductory lesson, booking uses that right first. Meet invitations and links are for the booked student. You are responsible for joining at the confirmed time and providing a suitable internet connection. Notifications are a convenience and do not replace checking your confirmed booking.
Changes, payments and support
Contact Hasan Yıldız about scheduling issues, mentor changes, payment problems or cancellation requests. Such requests are handled individually; the app does not promise automatic cancellation, credit restoration or refunds. Refund requests are considered under Google Play’s rules and applicable mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not remove any statutory right.
Responsible use
Respect other participants and use the service lawfully. Share only code, files and other materials you have the right to disclose; do not reveal employer, client or third-party confidential information without authorization. Mentoring does not transfer ownership of your existing materials or authorize misuse of someone else’s work.
Privacy, account closure and changes
Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy linked below. Signing out preserves lesson rights and account data. Account deletion requires confirmation and may be blocked until ongoing bookings and lessons finish. Deletion cannot be undone; a later sign-in creates a new account, and retained purchase transactions cannot be reassigned or automatically restored to it. Contact support about unused rights before deleting your account.
The service may require maintenance and depends on the availability of Google and other providers. Contact support about interruptions. Updated terms are published with a new date and communicated when required; applicable mandatory rights continue to apply.
